A: I'm a performer. After years of scene study work with a variety of coaches, mentors and teachers I found that the principals used to illicit great performances from actors are the very same ideas that allow for great performances in life. Finding strong goals and objectives, identifying challenges, strengthening your motivation and living a life with a sense of authenticity are the ingredients that allow for award winning performances as well as a transformation of spirit and mind.
We're all playing the starring roles of our lives and we're the ones writing the script (consciously or not). With the help of our ego in the role of supporting character, we have the ability to affect our audience and create real change in our communities and in the world. It's an honour to help facilitate this kind of process for people and I enjoy it.
I listen without judgement, I give you space to question your deeply rooted beliefs and definitions and I encourage you to keep moving and to stay focused. There's lots of work to do out there in this wide, wide world. I'm all about contributing to humanity and uplifting my community.

More About Me
I learned that great acting isn't acting at all. It's finding that truthful state of being that builds integrity in a character. I also had the honour of studying with acting coach extraordinaire, Ivanna Chubbuck in Toronto where I learned all about the process of character development, scene study, script analysis and the basic tools for delivering a powerful and moving performance.
What I Believe
I believe that I am a co-creator in this world and that what I experience in my life is a direct reflection of what I'mfeeling.
I believe that life is meaningless except for the meaning that I give it.
I believe that I am the writer, director and the star of my life and I that my Ego Self plays the all-important supporting role.
