Delicious Thai/Indian vegetarian menu. Led by S.N. Goenka, successful businessman and compassionate teacher. Clickhere to listen to a sample evening discourse.
Book: The Biology of Belief-Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter & Miracles by Bruce Lipton.

This book stays within arms reach. It's full of useful references and great visuals. I'm always flipping through it.
With the tag line, "Life Is Supposed To Be Fun!" Abraham is a joy to listen to. He makes the process of self discovery and self realization sound easy and by the end of his lecture, you'll feel like it is too!
Book: The Gifts of Imperfection by Dr. Brene Brown Ph.D.
This book allowed me to begin to see my areas of improvement as hidden treasures. The power of vulnerability allows for the continuous unfolding of creativity and innovation.
Personality: Bashar as channelled through actor Daryl Anka
Bashar's delivery of the metaphysical elements of our existence on the earth plane is raw and funny. His messages are filled with tools for shifting belief patterns and understanding the vibrational reality that we live in. His sarcasm and directness is refreshing and entertaining. 'The 7 Steps of Manifestation' are based on his teachings.
